A great opportunity is currently available for a dynamic and successful marketing and business development professional to join a mid-sized Chicago firm in a role that allows great creative latitude, strong intellectual challenge and the reward of actually seeing that your efforts are appreciated and making a difference. <br /> <br />This individual will be an important part of our marketing team and will work closely with attorneys and other team members. Significant responsibility and autonomy will be afforded candidates who demonstrate independent judgment, strategic and diplomatic thinking and the ability to function effectively at several levels. Job Requirements
<ul><li>Bachelors degree, preferably in Communications, Business, Marketing or Public Relations. Advanced degree preferred.</li><li>3-5 years of law firm marketing experience or other professional services marketing.</li><li>A self-starter who shows strong initiative, creativity, and the ability to multi-task, focus, and prioritize.</li><li>Strong relationship building skills. Ability to work with and coach senior partners in business development opportunities.</li><li>Excellent writing, presentation and organizational skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented person who is able to work and complete assignments under tight scheduling deadlines in a team-oriented environment, with minimal errors.</li><li>Demonstrated customer service focus and team-first orientation.</li><li>Experience with CRM.</li></ul>
