<p>We are currently seeking a talented, and experienced <strong>Marketing Manager.</strong> This position will require attention to detail, great organizational, analytical skills, ability to work independently and as a member of a team, creativity and an in-depth understanding of the legal market.</p> <p><br />The manager will lead the marketing program of a firm-wide practice and work with them to develop and implement marketing plans, to generate business leads, expand existing client matters and drive cross-selling and new business development.</p> <ul type="disc"><li>Work to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for attorneys/groups. </li><li>Work collaboratively with all other marketing team members to achieve the firms marketing and business development objectives.</li><li>Identify opportunities to increase practice group and individual attorney visibility and to expand the client base both domestically and internationally.</li><li>Proactively seek opportunities for RFPs, presentations, pitches, marketing materials, seminars, appropriate affiliations, events and other targeted methods that drive new business development and cross-selling.</li><li>Work closely with other offices, including international offices, to ensure effective management of marketing and business development initiatives.</li><li>Manage the production of all internal and external communications</li><li>Manage and participate in practice group meetings. Develop agendas, present reports and supervise for follow up.</li><li>Plan and execute firm wide events for the division</li><li>Identify and secure public speaking engagements and sponsorships.</li><li>Develop and implement client team initiatives to facilitate the collaboration of relationship management and business development efforts for key firm clients.</li><li>Work with business intelligence tools to analyze potential growth opportunities with current and targeted clients.<span> </span>Develop strategies based upon industry and market trends.</li></ul> <p> </p>
Job Requirements
<ul><li>Must have 8-10 years of progressive Marketing Manager experience. Superior written and oral communication skills, organizational and project management skills are required. Must have ability to implement strategic directives and supervise staff. 3-5 years of experience managing and developing staff is required.</li><li>Strong proficiency in MS Office with advanced skills in Microsoft Word. InterAction, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, Excel skills required.</li><li>Undergraduate degree in marketing, journalism, communications, public relations or related field is required.
