<p>The Chicago office is seeking a Client Services Assistant to assist with data entry and maintenance of InterAction (the Firms contact relationship management database). The database is used to manage the Firms contacts and create relationship intelligence to uncover new business opportunities for the Firm. Responsibilities include: Conduct research and updating of returned mail and e-communication bouncebacks, monitor and coordinate data change management tickets, and perform ongoing and regular audits of company and contact records to ensure data integrity; Maintain the KENI/InterAction Tracking Log and External Mailing Log Metrics; Provide administrative support in the areas of mailing list creation and maintenance; Create organizational tools and processes to assist in the overall administration of InterAction and its use by attorneys, secretaries and the Marketing Department.</p>
Job Requirements
<ul><li>Four-year degree or equivalent experience</li><li>Law firm experience is a plus</li><li>Prior database entry or CRM experience in a law firm or other professional service organization is preferred.</li><li>Organized with the ability to prioritize a heavy workload</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Very strong attention to detail</li><li>Solid command of different technology applications to produce a high-end and professional work product, including InterAction or Access (or other relational databases), Lotus Notes, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.</li></ul>
