<p><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size: 9pt;">This position is responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and updating our websites, applications, blogs, podcasts and other online and digital channels. Promoting the firm’s core messages online, increasing user engagement and traffic and developing and maintaining a consistent format and tone for all components of the firm’s website. This position will also collaborate closely with the firm’s marketing operations team, marketing communications team, graphic designer and information technology department. </span></p> <p><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size: 9pt;">This position is also responsible for the following:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size: 9pt;">Identifying target audiences and business objectives for the firm’s global sites including microsites/portals, blogs and mobile applications and helping to determine the content and digital features that support the firm’s strategy and core messages.</span></li> <li><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size: 9pt;">Keeping current with existing and emerging technologies, browser and devices, as well as online marketing techniques and digital trends particularly among professional services firms.</span></li> <li><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size: 9pt;">Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve user experience, site traffic, structure and features.</span></li> <li><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size: 9pt;">Managing project enhancements and new functionality related to the firm’s online portfolio.</span></li> <li><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size: 9pt;">Tracking and proactively providing reports on site metrics, including click-through and bounce rates on the firm’s publications and key pages. Routinely monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of the site and its content, and provide suggestions for improving effectiveness.</span></li> </ul>
Job Requirements
<p>Qualified candidates will possess the following:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree is required; preferably with a concentration in Communications, English, Journalism or similar disciplines.</li> <li>3-5 years of online marketing or digital communications experience; preferably in a professional services environment.</li> <li>Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with outstanding attention to detail.</li> <li>Strong analytical, marketing and technical writing and communication skills.</li> <li>Strong client service mentality and a proactive approach.</li> <li>Proficiency in HTML and web publishing software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat.</li> <li>Ability to understand the institutional dynamics of a professional services organization and look beyond institutional structure to help develop a successful online marketing program.</li> </ul>
