Job Description
<p>Overseeing the development and administration of the firm's marketing program, including practice development, public and client relations and client data management.</p> <p>Assisting attorneys in research and preparation of marketing strategies and plans to develop new clients, offices and practice areas.</p> <p>Serving as liaison with the media regarding firm news events, including advertising, press releases, creating media lists and distributing releases.</p> <p>Managing, editing, proofreading and producing firm's newsletter and broadcast e-mail alerts.</p> <p>Overseeing publication of collateral materials.</p> <p>Identifying topics and develop presentations for monthly business development meetings and facilitating communication among attorneys.</p> <p>Coordinating networking mixers with professional service firms and community organizations.</p> <p>Developing proposals and relevant materials for potential clients.</p> <p>Working with attorneys to identify speaking opportunties, develop presentations, PowerPoint slide shows, etc.</p> <p>Maintaining client data and manage the firm's client and referral source database using Interaction.</p> <p>Managing or assisting with internal and external event planning.</p> <p>Managing and overseeing miscellaneous tasks, holiday cards and gifts, direct mailings, etc.</p>
Job Requirements
