<p>We are currently recruiting for a full-time CRM Program Specialist to work in our Client Development department in our Toronto office. Specific responsibilities include: <br /> <br /><ul><li>staff supervision <br /></li><li>data mining <br /></li><li>data steward program management <br /></li><li>data quality initiatives <br /></li><li>data quality assurance program development and management <br /></li><li>data change management processes and deliverables <br /></li><li>development and supervision of data stewards <br /></li><li>list development, management and segmentation <br /></li><li>privacy <br /></li><li>liaison with technical resources <br /></li><li>training program development <br /></li><li>client relationship management/ client service <br /></li><li>internal communications <br /></li><li>preparing reports and presentations for Senior Management <br /></li><li>vendor management <br /> <br />Position Requirements: <br /> <br />Education and Experience <br /> <br />This position requires a candidate with post-secondary education in marketing or marketing research with 5 of years of experience in a marketing and/or business development support function. Previous experience in a professional services organization is preferred.</p></li></ul>
