<p>Under the supervision of the Marketing Technology Manager, this position will serve as a super-administrator of the firm’s marketing technology stack, providing subject matter expertise, recommendations and complete solutions to partners and staff throughout the firm. This role is responsible for designing and providing integrated technical solutions for the firm’s Marketing needs within the firm’s CRM system, e-Marketing solutions and website/CMS. This is a key role that will be at the center of our ability to deliver marketing solutions internally and externally in addition to playing a significant role in upcoming systems upgrades.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <ul> <li>Operate as a key point of contact to users throughout the firm to provide support to the firm’s stakeholders on all facets of the firm’s marketing technology stack, including the firm’s CRM system (InterAction), e-Marketing solutions (Tikit), website and blogs (CMS) and ebook creation process</li> <li>Manage key projects and workstreams as we look to upgrade our web and e-marketing solutions, coordinating internal users, departments, vendors and other third parties</li> <li>Develop processes and implementation recommendations for new technology rollouts and other key change management initiatives that affect the firm’s internal stakeholders</li> <li>Perform as an InterAction “super admin user," supporting various projects and on-going tasks such as: (1) training and on-boarding of users (2) building custom reports, (3) constructing complex searches using Boolean logic techniques (4) supporting the overall use across the firm and (5) processing DCM tickets to ensure data integrity, freshness and availability</li> <li>Collaborate with end users and design to spec and code custom solutions for email campaigns, website, blogs, firm bios and intranet portal initiatives</li> <li>Build key capabilities around video and podcasting</li> <li>Research a wide range of software applications and provide recommendations to department leaders to make key buy decisions on marketing technology solutions</li> <li>Deliver end-user training and process documentation for any of the firm’s Marketing Technology systems based on routine system use and as needed for attorney and staff requests</li> <li>Other duties and projects as assigned. </li> </ul>
Job Requirements
<p>Educational and Experience Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing</li> <li>At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing technology</li> <li>3 years of legal industry experience</li> <li>3-5 years of experience in an administrator role working with CRM, E-marketing and CMS systems. (InterAction, Tikit, Vuture experience strongly preferred)</li> <li>Working knowledge of email best practices including subject lines, list management, deliverability, ADA Laws and CAN-SPAM/CASL/GDPR laws.</li> </ul> <p>Skill Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of InterAction, E-marketing systems (Tikit/Vuture/MailChimp) and Content Management Systems</li> <li>Strong project management skills</li> <li>Strong HTML and design skills </li> <li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) with strong emphasis in Excel</li> <li>Proficiency using Adobe Programs preferred (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Indesign, Acrobat)</li> <li>Proficiency with Google Analytics and knowledge of best practices in SEO</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and learn new technology concepts and skills quickly</li> <li>Good analytical skills, organized and possess a strong eye for detail</li> <li>Must demonstrate the ability to produce timely and accurate results while managing the expectations of attorneys and team.</li> </ul> <p>Special Working Conditions</p> <ul> <li>Lifting up to 25 lbs.</li> </ul> <p>Disclaimer:</p> <p>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
