Job Requirements
<ul><li>Minimum 10 years of work experience with at least five years of experience in marketing and business development in a law firm</li><li>Proactive senior-level \xe2\x80\x9cdoer\xe2\x80\x9d with a passion for helping to build practices with minimal support; comfortable with a mix of strategic thinking combined with tactical task completion</li><li>Recent marketing and business development experience supporting a Intellectual Property Practice in an AmLaw 100 law firm</li><li>Credible understanding of the issues and business drivers associated with Intellectual Property practices</li><li>Knowledge of corporate/business legal practices, business landscape, and legal trends and developments</li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans for Intellectual Property practices and demonstrated performance that indicates capability to deliver on such plans</li><li>Ability to develop and deliver executive-level presentations</li><li>Development of winning proposals, pitches, presentations, and other marketing material</li><li>Excellent problem analysis, creative solution development, and results delivery</li><li>Outstanding interpersonal skills and demonstrated capability to work effectively in a matrix type organization; ability to navigate complex organizations</li><li>Ability to develop strong arguments and exercise persuasion to effect change and achieve results with a diverse set of strong personalities</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently</li><li>Highly professional with strong written and oral communication skills</li><li>Familiarity with legal and business media</li><li>Flexible, fair and diplomatic; sensitive to and ability to operate effectively in a geographically dispersed organization</li><li>, "Bachelor</li><li>s degree required; advanced degree such as a J.D. or M.B.A. preferred",</li><li>Comfortable with the fact that the demands of the position frequently requires extended hours</li><li>Possibility of periodic travel</li></ul>
