<div>Frost Brown Todd, a prestigious law firm of 800+ legal professionals and staff in nine offices located in the mid-west, is currently searching for a <span class="248231320-13102008"><span class="985414112-30102008">Marketing/Business Development Manager</span><span class="248231320-13102008"> </span></span><span class="248231320-13102008">to join its marketing and client relations team. This position will be located in the Cincinnati, Ohio office and report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. The Marketing/Business Development Manager (the final addition to this team of four across the firm) will take a direct role in shaping new client development strategies and overseeing their implementation for assigned practice groups. Implementation tactics may include analysis of client opportunities, prospective lead generation and identification of cross selling opportunities; managing and reporting on client development pipeline for assigned practice groups; strategizing and preparing for client pitches/RFPs; developing and implementing PR strategies, events/sponsorships outreach, client communication sand other tactics.</span></div>
Job Requirements
<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Client Development and Marketing principles in professional service industry required.</li><li>Ability to assist multiple individuals of various levels with diverse needs and problems simultaneously.</li><li>Advanced familiarity with CRM and business research software packages a plus.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, editing and proofreading skills required.</li><li>High degree of professionalism when interacting with internal and external customers.</li><li>Independent self starter capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects and priorities.</li><li>Ability to handle stressful situations and interact with various personalities at all levels in the firm diplomatically.</li><li>Ability to make decisions and adapt to changing work situations and ability to grasp and apply new ideas.</li><li>Willingness to work flexible hours to help meet departmental goals.</li><li>Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Bachelors degree in marketing, public relations, communication or relevant field required;</li><li>5-7 years experience in a marketing or business development-related position required.</li><li>Experience in a law firm or professional services environment strongly desired.</li></ul>
