Job Description
<p>The Client Manager is responsible for providing ongoing day-to-day support to a number of Client Service Program (CSP) client teams/ Client Service Directors (CSD) and their Executive Committee liaisons. This includes assisting with the development and dissemination of client service best practices, assisting with the drafting of client plans, arranging and attending client team meetings, advising the CSDs with respect to the best way to develop the client relationships, and provide content for formal reports on the status of the Client Service Program (CSP) to the Executive Committee.</p>
Job Requirements
<ul><li>The qualified candidate will have a Bachelors degree in marketing or business administration</li><li>At least 5 years experience in marketing/business development in the legal industry, preferably with experience in Key Account Management.</li><li>Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with \xe2\x80\x9cvirtual\xe2\x80\x9d global teams.</li></ul>
