<p>The ideal candidate is creative and innovative and must have knowledge, education and 6-9 years working in all facets of marketing, sales, and promotion of business products or services, and has experience leading in the following areas: </p> <ul> <li>Build a marketing strategy in accordance with the overall organizational goals and vision</li> <li>Prepare and manage a marketing plan to promote/license/distribute the organizations original content, as well as promote regional and global, meetings, webinars, and client/member events.</li> <li>Help create and promote the overall brand identity of organization</li> <li>Be a vital force in the creation and distribution of all varieties of marketing</li> <li>materials</li> <li>Present tools and programs to member firms and work with them to strategize and improve their membership experience. </li> <li>Plan, direct, and organize advertising and promotional campaigns/events</li> <li>Collect and analyze market research data and apply it to current projects</li> <li>Identify potential targets for new strategic alliances and partnerships</li> <li>Build and maintain dashboards to measure and report statistics concerning current marketing projects</li> <li>Run campaigns on multiple social media platforms</li> <li>Design and oversee creative layouts and copy used online and in print. </li> <li>Write copy and content for marketing and member resources. </li> <li>Actively participate in the organization's webinars, meetings, and other activities as a content provider, host, or moderator as needed.</li> <li>Oversee and prepare marketing budgets</li> </ul>
Job Requirements
<p>The successful candidate shall have the following attributes:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience working with international clients, and a good understanding of cross-cultural customs and business practices around the world. </li> <li>English language required, bus an understanding of other languages (e.g. Mandarin, Spanish, French) helpful. </li> <li>Previous experience working with/in a business association or other professional networks setting helpful, but not required. </li> <li>Strong social media, direct marketing, and SEO/SEM skills in the B/B space – with an emphasis on marketing professional services.</li> <li>Experience in working with law firms helpful, but not essential</li> <li>Candidate should be US based- Mid-Atlantic/East Coast preferred. Administrative/Operations offices for the organization are located in the Philadelphia area. </li> <li>Ability and interest in occasional travel to attend network or industry events – international and US/Canada </li> </ul>
