<p class="MsoBodyText">Murtha Cullina LLP, a regional New England law firm with 4 offices in Connecticut and 2 in Massachusetts, is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist based in our Boston office.<span> </span>This position will report to the Business Development Manager.<span> </span>The right candidate will serve as a generalist and be responsible for coordinating all activities by Massachusetts attorneys working with the other marketing professionals in the other offices.<span> </span>While a generalist position, this positions main focus is marketing technology.<span> </span>The right candidate will be confident, outgoing and possess a proactive nature.</p> <p class="MsoBodyText"> </p> <p class="MsoBodyText"> <u>Specific Responsibilities:</u></p> <p class="MsoBodyText"> </p> <p class="MsoBodyText"><span><span><span> </span></span></span>Maintenance of the firms contact /relationship database as a source of accurate and current information for business development.<span> </span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText"><span><span><span> </span></span></span>Organization of all attorney mailing lists, department and practice group mailing lists; generation of reports, envelopes, labels, etc. as well as processing/correcting returned mail.</p> <p class="MsoBodyText"><span><span><span> </span></span></span>Generate e-mail alerts via ExactTarget, marketing mailing software, including bounced e-mails.</p> <p class="MsoBodyText"><span><span><span> </span></span></span>Lead (along with IT representation) the firms initiative of identifying and implementing CRM software, including training program, motivation and education, throughout the firms six offices to attorneys and staff</p> <p class="MsoBodyText"><span><span><span> </span></span></span>Oversee all aspects of CRM software</p> <p class="MsoBodyText"><span><span><span> </span></span></span>Update current and future website (content, attorney bios, etc)</p> <p class="MsoBodyText"><span><span><span> </span></span></span>Lead (along with outside vendor and members of IT and Marketing) the firms initiative of designing and implementing a new website</p> <p class="MsoBodyText"><span><span><span> </span></span></span>Assist new attorneys with education and conversion and/or creation of contact lists</p> <p class="MsoBodyText"><span><span><span> </span></span></span>Develop and deliver market and client research/intelligence</p> <p class="MsoBodyText"><span><span><span> </span></span></span>Recommend improvements to the firms website as well as website maintenance</p> <p class="MsoBodyText"><span><span><span> </span></span></span>Create and maintain revenue tracking system for client and industry teams</p> <p class="MsoBodyText"><span><span><span> </span></span></span>Maintain on-line attorney directories, such as Martindale-Hubbell</p> <p class="MsoBodyText"><span><span><span> </span></span></span>Represent Marketi
