 ">The ideal candidate will be client service focused, detail-oriented, and have strong project management capabilities. The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment is critical. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<br /><br />' Assist PIM team with developing and executing marketing/business development strategies, plans and projects.<br />' Develop draft pitches/proposals and presentations.<br />' Assist with developing responses to RFP and RFI requests in conjunction with Pursuits & Proposals team.<br />' Conduct research and collects key target account data and competitive intelligence information to help identify trends and support business development activities.<br />' Support PIM team members with materials, events, sponsorship activities, advertisements, etc.<br />' Assist in maintaining sales pipeline and supporting deal/case tracking efforts.<br />' Help track, maintain, and distribute relevant information for PIM team.<br />' Maintain up-to-date project list and provide project status updates, as necessary.<br />' Perform and complete other marketing and business development related responsibilities and projects, as necessary.<br /><br />This position may be filled in our downtown or Century City office.</td> </tr> </tbody> </table>
Job Requirements
<ul><li>Position requires a minimum of three to five years related experience in a marketing/communications field, preferably in the legal or other professional services industry.
