<p>This position is responsible for overseeing all marketing, business development and communications activities of the Firm, including: advertising, web and web 2.0 development, event marketing, development of creative material and content, community and media relations, proposal development, and business development support. The Director reports to the Firms senior management and is responsible for project management, budgeting, expense management, and oversees a department of 4 full-time professionals. <br /> <br />The ideal candidate will have 10 or more years of professional experience in law firm marketing, business development, communications, or related areas. They will also have specific experience developing and executing marketing campaigns and business development projects.</p>
Job Requirements
A bachelors degree is required; a graduate degree is preferred. Knowledge of branding and strategic initiatives, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire are critical, as you work with the firms partners and associates to cultivate and implement programs that will move the firm ahead. A productive relationship with the business community and the media is a strong plus.
