<p><span style="color: #111111; font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px;">The BLAW Department includes such practices as Real Estate, Employee Benefits and Tax. This role is measured by successful development and execution of focused business development programs that engage clients and drive revenue. Candidates must be able to work with multiple practice groups simultaneously to help attorneys proactively engage clients and win work. Developing a deep understanding of firm capabilities and aligning those services with client needs and emerging industry trends is an important success factor for the role. Responsibilities include developing and executing focused go-to-market business plans for the practice groups within the BLAW department; supervising a team of business development focused professionals supporting the Business Law Group; providing business development counsel and support to the primary relationship attorney on pursuit opportunities; and supporting firm training programs within the BLAW group. </span></p>
Job Requirements
<ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (8 years of equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree)</li> <li>Minimum of five years of experience in related role including large client/account management cross-selling experience</li> <li>Proven revenue growth and client relationship management experience</li> <li>Practice group strategy and management experience</li> <li>Direct sales or client management experience within a professional service firm environment preferred</li> </ul> <p><span style="color: #111111; font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px;">Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer/M/F/Vet/Disabled.</span></p>
